Talent Acquisition Specialist
Penn State Human Resources is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position will report to Penn State Human Resources, Manager of Talent Acquisition and will be embedded in the Division of Development and Alumni Relations (DDAR). The Talent Acquisition Specialist works in tandem with the Director of Talent Management and the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition for DDAR, as well as with partners in multiple development offices, and Penn State HR, in executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy to bring the nation’s top fundraising professionals to Penn State. The position will collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members to evaluate and streamline processes and develop innovative recruitment strategies to create diverse high-quality candidate pools based on current and future University needs; and develop communications, presentations, and reports with an entrepreneurial and service-oriented approach.
Typically requires Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
