Degreed professional and honors graduate of an accredited MBA program, and currently an active partner in a health, safety, and environmental consulting firm, HSE Solutions, LLC. Tenure includes over 43 years of HSE experience effectively identifying, managing, and abating risk across manufacturing, construction, mining, and public sector at site and at corporate levels and as a third party consultant. Technical and leadership expertise include development and implementation of written HSE management programs and standards, auditing methodologies with gap analysis and practical solutions, training curriculums, contractor/construction management systems, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and claims management. Continually acknowledged and recognized for providing technical expertise, environmental stewardship, passion for employee safety and health, and boots on the ground leadership style transforming traditional HSE cultures into sustained proactive cultures that promote effective leadership, streamlined administration, ownership, meaningful involvement, hazard identification and control, and academics.
