Join us for an informative discussion along with a fun networking event including light refreshments and hors d'oeuvres.

Interactive 'Best Practices' Round-table discussion utilizing the Thinking Group guided discussion model where small group discuss topics and benchmark followed by a report out by each group.  Facilitator will scribe responses, add supplemental information as needed, and publish results to the chapter.

Topics will include:

• ·        What keeps you, HR, up at night?
• ·        What are current challenges maintaining or growing positive organizational culture?
• ·        As recruiting and retention continues to be challenging, what best practices does your organization employ to better manage this environment?
• ·        Employee Surveys: how do you conduct them and how do you best utilize the information?
