Driving Forces – The Power of Understanding Motivators

Many of us use and understand the DISC Behavioral Science and for good reason. But it is only a part of the equation! DISC tells us HOW we do what we do, but not WHY we do what we do. In this month’s program we’ll discover powerful insights and clarity into why we and our team members do what we do. Once we understand what energizes and stresses our team members, we’ll be better positioned to create a more rewarding work experience, higher engagement, less turnover and more effective teams.

We’ll look at:

• Are we matching what the job rewards are and what drives the employee or candidate?
• What is it that stands in the way of us connecting with certain people?
• Some of the main root causes of conflict.
• How we can motivate or de-motivate team members and build engagement.
• Understand what people really want out of life and their position for performance development, career motivation, coaching and advancement and just plain happiness.
• Uncover your personal motivators and de-motivators!

In this workshop, you’ll receive:

• A personal 12 Driving Forces Assessment giving you 24 pages of results and findings on what drives you and in what order and what you want to avoid!
• We’ll debrief the reports and learn the science along the way along with our fellow SHRM members.
• When you register, you’ll receive the link to take your personal assessment two weeks prior to the December 20^th program.
