Marc Cornell is a Retirement Plan Client Advisor for J.P. Morgan Asset
Management based in Columbus, Ohio.
Marc has been in the retirement plan industry since 2011 and has
experience in 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, 401(a) plans, Defined Benefit
plans, 457(b) plans, and various Non-Qualified plans. Before he joined
the firm in 2016, Marc worked as a Retirement Plan Consultant at
Oswald Financial, Inc. where he led a client management team in the
delivery of retirement plan solutions and services to plan sponsors
including fiduciary best practices, investment due diligence, provider &
plan benchmarking, and plan design consulting. Prior to his career in the
retirement planning industry, Marc spent some time as a Professional
Baseball Player pitching for the minor league affiliates of the Texas
Rangers. Marc has a Bachelor of Science, Sport Management &
Business Administration from Ohio University and has his Master of
Business Administration from John Carroll University. He holds Series 7
& 66 securities licenses as well as Life, Health, and Variable Annuity
Licenses and has his AIF® and CRPS® designations.

Christopher DeAndrea is the Director of Retirement Plan Consulting at Webber Advisors. He focuses on delivering results-oriented retirement plan strategies to clients that aim to allow: 1) their employees an opportunity to create a sustainable income in retirement; and 2) the employer to operate their plan efficiently. Specialties: 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), 457(f), and 457 Governmental retirement plans • Sales consults/presentations to prospective clients • Business development strategies • Plan design analysis • Investment benchmarking and analysis • Employee education • Fiduciary Liability Review With more than twelve years of experience in the financial services industry, Christopher has held various positions within PNC Operations and PNC Investments. Most recently Christopher was a Retirement Plan Consultant at Henderson Brothers, an independent and family-owned firm specializing in retirement plan advisory, wealth management services, employee benefits and commercial insurance consulting.
Christopher graduated from Duquesne University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a Master of Business Administration.

 Doug is a Principal with Seubert & Associates in Pittsburgh, PA.  Doug started with Seubert in 1998, becoming a Principal in 2007.  Prior to joining Seubert, Doug held Consultant roles for two different health insurance carriers.

 At Seubert, Doug is responsible for developing relationships with new clients, providing executive leadership on account management activities for existing clients, and guidance of various strategic firm initiatives. 

 Doug is a 1993 graduate of Miami University and holds the professional designation of Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) from the American College.  Doug is a two-time Past President of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).

 

BROOKE CONTACOS is a Senior Consultant at HR Consultants, Inc. (HRC) and offers over 10 years of professional experience with a diverse background in business operations, human resources, and management. Ms. Contacos works closely with companies and organizations of all industries and sizes across the country by providing specialized project management and leadership to help achieve their business goals and objectives. While at HRC, Ms. Contacos has managed a multitude of projects involving various HR functions including job analysis and job evaluation, compensation studies, FLSA audits, human resource audits, FMLA administration, employee handbook reviews, drug testing policy development and training, recruitment campaigns, workplace investigations, training development and delivery, DiSC facilitation, benefits administration, HRIS administration, and utilizes HR technology to provide HR outsourcing services. She also performs statistical analyses, research, data compilation and organization, and coordinates quality reviews of deliverables prior to release. Ms. Contacos also manages, trains, develops, and oversees the work of other consultants and leads business development initiatives by writing contracts and proposals in response to RFPs. Her primary areas of specialization are compensation, job evaluation, job analysis, training, and human resource compliance, in which she has provided extensive support and leadership for a variety of clients.

Prior to working for HRC, Brooke led operations for a manufacturing company in Mars, PA and served as an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources for a large retailer.
