Presenter: Attorney Michael Wagner (Wagner & Finn Law Office)

Presenter Bio:

Mr. Wagner is a founding partner with the Law Firm of Wagner & Finn Attorneys At Law, P.C. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Human Resource Management at the Saint Francis University Graduate School of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, where he currently teaches employment law. In the past, Mr. Wagner has taught employment discrimination law, as well as workers compensation. Mr. Wagner has served as a Hearing Committee Chairman for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is former member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Currently, he is a member of the Workers Compensation and Employment Law Sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Wagner concentrates his practice in workers compensation and employment law. Mr. Wagner has been selected every year from 2006 through 2016 as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer®

Mr. Wagner is Past President of the Board of Directors for the Blair Regional YMCA.  He is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Altoona-Sunrise.  He is a two-time past President and a current Board member.  Mr. Wagner currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Southern Alleghenies Management Group.  Previously, he was a Board member of the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society.  He currently serves the shelter as their Pro Bono Solicitor.

Mr. Wagner received his Juris Doctorate in 1983 from the Dickenson School of Law and a B.A. in 1977 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His bar admissions include Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
