The Labor and Employee Relations Specialist (LERS) plays a key role in the goal to continue positive relations with all members of the University community across all locations. Reporting to the Manager, Labor and Employee Relations Division, the successful candidate will primarily serve as a point of contact for Human Resource Strategic Partners, managers, and employees on both employee relations and labor relations matters.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher plus four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous labor relations experience in a unionized workforce is preferred.
