    Human Resources Consultant - Office of the President

    Penn State Human Resources is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who will develop, plan, and implement a wide variety of human resources activities across multiple human resource functions including recruitment, hiring and retention; diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives; employee and labor relations; equal opportunity; organizational development; talent management; total rewards and compensation; position management; and compliance monitoring for the Office of the President. The position will counsel full-time and part-time employees, as well as management on policies and procedures; initiate and/or respond to inquiries such as performance concerns; analyze data and prepare reports; provide unit representation on various committees; and work with the Human Resources staff to implement new and/or continuing legal requirements or initiatives.

    Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
