Informative seminar on how proactive workplace safety and health strategies can save organizations money and create lasting value. This session explores how pre- and post-offer employment testing helps employers hire the right candidates, reduce injury risks, and control workers’ compensation costs. Participants will gain practical insight into implementing effective screening programs and aligning employee capabilities with job demands to improve safety and performance.

Speaker Bio:

Kevin M. Naugle, PT, is the Director of Clinical Operations and Agency Administrator at ProCare Physical Therapy LP, where he has led strategic growth, operational performance, and clinical excellence for more than two decades. With over 30 years of experience in physical therapy and industrial rehabilitation, Kevin brings a deep understanding of workplace health, injury prevention, and employee performance optimization.

A graduate of University of Pittsburgh, Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy as a Presidential Scholar and Cum Laude honoree. He is a Certified Functional Evaluator (CFE) and an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, reflecting his continued commitment to advancing best practices in the field.

Throughout his career, Kevin has specialized in helping employers reduce workplace injuries and associated costs through proactive strategies such as functional capacity evaluations, job demand analyses, ergonomic assessments, and post-offer employment testing. He has worked closely with organizations across industries to align employee capabilities with job requirements—improving safety, productivity, and long-term outcomes.

In addition to his clinical and leadership roles, Kevin is an experienced educator who regularly delivers seminars focused on injury prevention, workplace safety, and cost-effective health strategies for employers.

Recertification Credits: 1.50 HRCI (General) and 1.50 SHRM PDCs                            Codes will be provided to those in attendance at the in-person meeting.
