| Certification Study Group |
| Each year a study group forms in preparation for the national certification exams. The Professional Human Resource (PHR) and Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) have rapidly become the nationally recognized way to establish credentials as a dedicated HR management professional. |

| Scholarship Award |
| The HRMA of Blair County will award a tuition scholarship valued at $500.00 each year to one of its members who is either currently attending or will be attending at the time of the award a graduate degree program in human resource management. |
